• Infektion
• Organversagen (anhand SOFA-Score Änderung >= 2)

Septischer Schock :=

• persistierende Hypotension (trotz Volumen MAP >= 65 mmHg und Einsatz von Vasopressoren)
• Laktat > 2 mmol/l

Prognostischer Score qSOFA (=quick SOFA):

1. Bewusstseinsveränderung: GCS<15
2. Tachypnoe: AF >= 22/min
3. Hypotonie: RR syst.⇐100mmHg
